Ministers ኣገልገልቲ

The responsibility of the guest speaker

1.The room can offer guest speakers in different ways, both by tips from admins or participants or that a pastors himself offers his service.

2.The guest speaker should not represent any congregation or group, but to preach the word of God according to the Christian faith only.

3.Guest speakers should believe in the ministry of Paltalk and the creed of the Eritrean Christian Room.

4.The guest speaker should only preach and teach in the room. When it comes to information and responsibility for newborn Christians is it the duty of the admin.

5.The guest speaker is responsible to keep track on time. If he can’t appear in the room in time he has to inform the admin in time.

6.The guest speaker should subordinate to the serving admin.

Who can serve in the room?

Anyone that’s a Christian and have different spiritual gifts can be allowed to serve in the room, but always with the admin’s permission.

How long can a guest speaker speak in the room?

1.The guest speaker can preach once a week, approximately one hour each time.

2.The guest speaker can also serve during 3-4 months depending on the demand. He can also return at another point. The point is to give several speakers a chance to preach in Paltalk’s room. If one pastor gets too much time people might experience that he has a mandate in the room.

What is expected from a guest speaker in the room?

1.The preacher should be led by the Holy Spirit. Note that some participants in the room might be non-Christians or weak by faith. Our goal is that they will be saved.

2.Paltalk’s wish is that no subject takes too much space, but that the topics vary.

3.The serving guest speaker should not criticize any church or congregation. We do not want to work against them but to cooperate with them to win souls to Christ.

4.The preachers teaching should be based only from the Words of God Bible.

5.To respect the time limit, the serving admin and the rules of the room.
